Audio file uploaded but won't play.

  • I uploaded an audio file ( I believe it’s an .mp4). It seems to have uploaded fine, but when I go to play the file on the page nothing happens. It reads 00:00 and I hear nothing. I can see the media player when I preview my changes to the page, but again it reads 00:00 and I hear nothing. HELP!
