Audio Files in the Quiz

Hello.

We want to use TutorLMS to create an online language learning school (transfer of materials from google classroom). We use a variety of audio files for teaching and grading. But in the training videos on YouTube, they did not see how the integration of audio files into quizzes and lessons is being implemented.
Can you send instructions on how to integrate audio?
