Audio Live Streaming & Recording

Hello all, we want a solution for audio live streaming and the audios need to be recorded while streaming and saved in a directory and to be used as a audio library. and our audience should be able to listen at any time they want..! This something like you tube live streaming…! Busy need only audio. Is there a plugin that serves my need, I am looking for a Free or Paid plugin what is stable and serves our need. I would really appreciate if someone could give me some lead. Thank you in advance.
