Audio player that can bookmark along the stream

I have a 1 hour long audio file (mp3) that contains a question and answer interview. I would like to create links that would start the audio playing at certain points that correspond to certain topics.

For example, a link would say “transportation” and the audio player would start playing at 0:33:18 where the interviewer asks a question about a transportation issue.

Is there a WordPress plugin that can accommodate this functionality?
