Audio Player won't read ID3 2.4 tags

Audio Player won’t read ID3 2.4 tags
i’m using logic pro for work
logic save the mp3 songs with id3 2.4 tag
when i put the mp3 in a wordpress post, audio player show me track #1
not the title and the artist
if i convert with itunes the id3 2.4 in id3 2.3 audio player works fine
what can i do for resolve without itune conversion
