Audio plying on background after returning on home page

I have configure the settings to popup on homepage only and cookies storage time for 1 hour. The popup contains video from vimeo. It works fine for the first time, while we choose to close the popup. After we browse other pages on the site and come back on home page the sound of the popup video start plying again.

Is there a way of stopping this?
