Audioigniter doesn’t load on mobile

    Greetings . i have upload the free version audio igniter on my website. The player shows perfect on my laptop and desktop but when i open the same link on my Mobile the player doesn’t load. Can anybody tell me how can i resolve this problem? ps: I used the shortcode in Text Editor from WPBakery page builder. Greetings

    Hi there,
    You are trying to fetch a secure file (audio file) from a none secure url.
    This triggers the error below
    Access to fetch at 'https://www.xscalent.com/?audioigniter_playlist_id=1359' from origin 'https://www.xscalent.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. If an opaque response serves your needs, set the request's mode to 'no-cors' to fetch the resource with CORS disabled.
    Since you have an SSL you should redirect all content to https instead of http to avoid these issues. Please use third party plugins like Really Simple SSL to help you with that. I am certain the problem will go away after applying your certificate correctly.
