    When filling the “Audit” section I get following Error Code:

    Error code: 1100103 — Remote Software API error. Please try again. Contact the plugin author if this error keeps coming back.

    Whats the issue here?

    Hello!

    It seems that your site is no longer connected to our API services. Please see if you can reconnect it manually via the Extension Manager’s administrative interface, or otherwise automatically via the connection API (constant TSF_EXTENSION_MANAGER_API_INFORMATION).

    The remote disconnection event wasn’t logged in our servers–it is possible that your site’s connection to our server was obstructed for an extended period, after which the connection breaks automatically.

    Unfortunately, we’re not allowed to support commercial products in these forums, so I must ask you to follow up via our contact page, might you still face issues with the connection. Thank you!
