Audit Trail page canNOT be reached

  • We installed and activated the latest version of the plugin (v1.3)
    When clicked the “Trail” link on the Activated Plugins page, the :
    wp-admin/tools.php?page=audit-trail.php
    was nowhere to be found.
    We looked in our DataBase and the the table was created (although it was on latin1_swedish_ci and NOT on utf8mb4_unicode_520_ci as the rest of our DataBase)

    Does anyone else face similar issues?
    If so, do you have any solution?
