    Hello,
    I recently (last week) implemented a WP system on my site, for a blog I started writing 3 months ago.

    The blog description is

    “The trials and tribulations of creating and promoting a brand new web site”

    The address is https://austinmash.com/blog/

    I did extensive mods on the templates to incorporate my site’s look and functionality. I would appreciate any comments on the use of Google ads and general layout.

    Also, I want to use custom permalinks in the form:

    austinmash.com/blog/2006-03/post-name.htm

    and this blog is hosted on Yahoo, so WP admin is not auto-generating the .htaccess code. What would be the correct .htaccess code to use for this permalink structure?
