Australia addresses not showing up on map

    The store locator is working nicely, except for addresses in Australia. It won’t find any of the listings I have, and am unsure why. Any help would be appreciated.

    Actually, manually putting in the latitude and longitude worked, sorry!

    hi there!

    The plugin should calculate the coordinates automatically when you save a new store, so manually entering the coordinates works but it is not ideal.

    In case you have restricted the geocoding to a specific country in the plugin settings, the plugin may not be able to geocode addresses from other countries, and that is what could have been happening to you.
