• HI, I am in the middle of a website for a client nearly completed except for the shipping side of things, and have installed this Australia POst Woocommerce Extension plugin that I haven’t used before. Has been activated and needs an API key. I registered for an API key with Australia Post. Gave me a key and entered it in. I couldn’t see that it was working when testing my site (pretending to be a customer placing an order), then went back on Australia Post which said for developing purposes that I need to get another API key for that. As I am currently testing on my localhost firstly before going live, will the API key that I registered for Domain not work on my localhost PC ? I assume so, that is why I need a developer key ? Where do I get that from ?

Currently when testing my site after creating a Shipping Zone with Australia Post Added it says “There are no shipping methods available” so I assume the API key isn’t working at this stage.

Please any help would be appreciated.

    Regards
    Kristin

    Hi Kristin,

The “There are no shipping methods available” message is not necessary because of the API key.

Is it possible to send me a screenshot of the plugin’s settings? If you feel sending them privately. You can open a support ticket at our website: https://wpruby.com/submit-ticket/

    Cheers,
    Kelly
