Auth problem with twitter api keys

We have a problem using developper.twitter.com api keys. We have the following error:
You currently have Essential access which includes access to Twitter API v2 endpoints only. If you need access to this endpoint, you’ll need to apply for Elevated access via the Developer Portal. You can learn more here:
Then Twitter asks us a lot of questions about this elevated access ?
Can you help ?

I’ve nothing to do with the plugin but you’ll need to apply for elevated twitter api access to get it to work. Elevated provides access to Twitter Api version 1.1 which i think this plugin needs to work.
