Hello,

my name is Ksenia, I work for Ecwid Customer Care Team. I’m writing regarding an issue with WP Facebook Autopublish plugin.

One of our customers reported a problem that he can’t connect his account in our plugin, Ecwid Shopping Cart: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/ecwid-shopping-cart/

We investigated the issue and found out that he had WP Facebook Autopublish plugin installed. We discovered that your plugin reacts to each request containing “code” parameter in the query and launches its own authentication process regardless of which page is opened in the WP admin, e.g. “https://www.example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=myplugin&code=123”. This prevents the other plugins working with oAuth function properly. It even catches the “code” parameter when the frontend is opened e.g. “https://www.example.com/?code=123”

Can you please fix it on your side so that the other plugins utilizing oAuth could work properly?

We are still working on API 2.0 implemetation to this plugin and its not fully done yet. We can send you a beta version to test it out.

I hope few of your problems will sort out with beta version.

Hi,

We have only one issue caused by the plugin and it’s explained in the initial message. You should make sure your new version doesn’t affect work of URLs like “https://www.example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=myplugin&code=123”
