    hello, i have a wordpress site at the adress ilgirasolevarese.altervista.org . i registered in your website, but the code that i read in dashboard, dont work, and sagenda says me that i am not connected. how i can resolve? thank you

    Hello Diblax,

    Pay attention to not add some other character(s) before / after the authentication code, even a space. If not working you can also re-generate the “authentication code” from your settings. Can you try this? For better service you can also contact support from inside your account.
