Authentication Error

I have two sites in which I have deployed Wp Oauth Server plugin in user management site and simple single sign-on plugin in e-commerce site. When I try to authenticate or login it shows following error.<< {"error":"error","error_description":"temporarily unavailable"} >>. I can’t find out where the error is?
