Authentication Error

  • Hi,
I have used Autopublish for some time but it is no longer able to publish posts. Last successful post was Dec 22.  I have tried test posts and I get the message, "There has been an error, please check your form input and make sure you are currently authenticated."

However I am told "Current Authentication Status
You are currently authenticated and you have selected an account and location to share to."

Is there a way to reset authentication?  Thanks.

    Hi @vivkiaustralia

    Thanks for raising this issue and sorry you are experiencing it.

    There’s not really a way to reset authentication, the only way is to just re-authenticate again. Have you tried this? So just click the connect button in the first settings tab?

    Please make sure you are still a manager/owner of the location. And perhaps try doing a simple text test share, so no image. As sometimes images can add complications.
