    Dear Support Team,

    After following all the instruction/tutorial available in the internet i’m still stuck at the last step.

    Click on “Allow plugin to send emails using your Google account”.
    Select my Gmail Account (Already setup in cloud console with redirect_uri in early step)
    Click “Advanced” when prompt “Google hasn’t verified this app”
    Click “Go to wpmailsmtp.com (unsafe)”
    Click ” Continue” when prompt “wpmailsmtp.com wants additional access to your Google Account”

    Page redirected to my website with below error:
    “There was an error while processing the authentication request. Please try again”

    Am i missing something?

    Thanks for reaching out. When you clicked on “Continue” on the last step to provide access to your Google account, did you check on the checkbox that reads “Read, compose, send, and permanently delete all your email from Gmail”? If that is already checked and you’re still facing an issue, there’s a possible conflict with another plugin using Google library on your site. In that case, can you please share the list of your activated plugins?

    There is no checkbox on the screen before i click Continue.
    I just need to click Continue to allow all those 3 items.

    Thanks for the details! It does not look like there are plugins that could possibly conflict. Could you please share the screenshot from the screen – “wpmailsmtp.com wants additional access to your Google Account”? You might try by re-creating a new project in Google App by following the documentation.

    Hi Sanjeev, Tq for your reply & suggestion.
    Issue resolved yesterday. Seems like i need to go to the gmail security dashboard to allow the plugin to work. After trigger by clicking “Continue” when prompt “wpmailsmtp.com wants additional access to your Google Account”, there is extra step on the gmail security dashboard that i need to click “Yes, it was me”.

    As of now, issue resolve and appareciate your help.
