Authentication Failed

  • Hi,

    I have signed up for a free blubrry account and can log in on your site but every time I try to set up the ‘Service and Stats’ with the wordpress plugin I get authentication failed. Everything else in the plugin works OK.

    I don’t know whether this is connected but I also cannot log into the forum on your site. I get a message saying user does not exist and asking for a username and activation code. My email address is [email protected]

    When you signed up, did you create a password with any special characters other than letters or numbers? Or did you use any non-English characters/symbols in the password?

    Yes I included a * as I got a message saying the password must include at least one special character. Otherwise it included upper case, lower case and numerals and was not accepted.
