    Hello!
    1st I would like to appreciate your work! Great plugin!
    2nd i get Authentication Failed, i received the password instantly and waited 2-3hours and same message appears.

    We have seen many customers getting authentication error due to wrong configuration.
    Authentication error comes when you have not provided the correct credentials.If you have test and live accounts of FedEx, then kindly fill the credentials correctly. If you do not have the credentials, kindly refer our write up to solve this issue – https://support.wooforce.com/hc/en-us/articles/207316975-Setting-Up-WooCommerce-Fedex-Shipping-Plugin

    Note : If you are using Test account, kindly uncheck the option “Production Key”.
    If you are using Production account, kindly check the option of “Production Key”.

    If the issue persists, kindly create a support ticket – https://support.wooforce.com/hc/en-us/requests/new with the following details :
    – FedEx Test Account details
    – FedEx Live Account details
    – Snapshot of plugin settings page.
