Authentication for Wordfence

    I’m trying to upgrade Wordfence but they asked me to enter my authenticator code, and every time I do it is says it’s not right. I even entered the recovery codes and it’s still rejecting me. So I cannot log on to their site and upgrade. I disabled two factor authentication on the website and it’s still not working. Not sure what to do here
