    Hello Support,

In the authentication section of PostSMTP found in PostSMTP > Settings > Account, I have the challenge of entering a password since this is something private to the client and which they would unlikely release.

I thought of creating an additional email address for the client that forwards mails to client’s main email address (same domain name).

Does anyone have this challenge, and how did you resolve it?

    Thank you.

    JD

  • Hi @drjohndimi,

I hope you are doing well.

You can make your client’s email on any other sockets like Brevo ( Formerly SendinBlue) Send Grid or Mail gun so you don’t need to worry about the password. Just ask your client about the API key and paste it into the account tab of the Post SMTP. Click here for your guide on How to set up the mailing sockets. Still, if you face any issues do let us know.

    Thanks and Regards,
