Authentication require every time the page is refresh

    Hi

    I am facing issue with the plugin. The plugin require authentication every time when i connect it and try to revisit the page again.

    Due to this reason the conversions are also not captured in the google analytics.

    How to fix this ?

    Please deactivate the plugin through the plugins menu and then delete the plugin. Try to reinstall the plugin through the WordPress plugin directory again with latest version of the plugin. Activate plugin again and complete authentication again. It will fix the issue.

    It seems like there is a compatibility issue with other plugins or the theme you are using.?

    Can you provide which plugin version you are using and your current theme? We will try to recreate a issue locally and will get back to you on the same soon.

    If you are using free version please let us know that page is auto redirecting or once you refresh it then you are facing this issue Or better if you provide step by step guide to us to recreate your current issue.

    Hi

    I am using free version of the plugin.

    So when i authenticate then the i can see the dashboard but after while, like an hour or so if i refresh the page again then it shows the authentication page again and not the dashboard. Which mean no analytics data will be read and no conversion will be recorded either.

    It appears that there is a compatibility issue between our plugin and another plugin on your website. We have tested our plugin with Astra Pro, and it works perfectly well there.

    We are working to ensure that our plugin’s features are not affected by other plugins and themes. In the upcoming update, we will make sure our plugin becomes more independent and less impacted by the code of other plugins.
