Authentication: Zapier zap broken since installing JWT auth

  • We used to use the Application Passwords plugin to connect WordPress (Using Memberpress’ API) + Shopify via Zapier and it worked beautifully for months.

    Since installing JWT this connection has broken. We have successfully authenticated via JWT for another use, but can’t get it to work for our Zap or get the previous authentication method working anymore. Any clues as to why this would no longer work/ideas on how to fix this?

    This is a pretty important integration to our business so any help is really appreciated!
