    This may be a problem at the mail server. You can review the session transcript in the email log to confirm that Postman is always sending the same username and password.

    The session transcript in the mail log confirm that Postman send the same username and password (the informations are crypted but the crypted key is the same in a succed and fail mail). Which sort of problem occurs on the sever ?

    I couldn’t say. You’d have to ask the people who run the mail server.
