Auth.Net transaction ID

Before we updated Gold Cart the transaction ID in Auth.Net was the ID from the Purchase Logs table. Now it is the SessionID from the table. I need it back to the ID. Is there a file you can direct me to to change this back? I searched but didn’t find anything obvious. I am fluent in PHP so I’ll just need pointed to the correct file.
