author box still shows up after uninstalling plugin. Why?

    I’m trying to troubleshoot something on my website, hence i uninstalled the plugin. but i could still see the author box showing up as a public user. But, not while I logged in as an admin. why?

    Hi @lilyrose00,

    That’s because an obsolete cache. Your caching plugin doesn’t seem to automatically flush their cache upon other plugins uninstall. Just flush it manually and you will get a fresh and updated version of your posts.
