Author Column not Sortable – Add-on Purchased

Hello Tobias,
I was wondering if you could help me sort a small problem I have with your plugin.
Basically, my Author Column is not sortable, it doesn’t show up as a clickable link so unable to sort.
I’ve also purchased your Add-on for the plugin, but that doesn’t help either.
