    Hi,

I had to allow rule 314 in order to allow my users to post. They are not admin or editors, they just simply have the capability to post, assigned to their role, using a capability editor plugin.

They are able to post, and it even shows in the admin panel under “pending posts”, and allows admin to approve the post and hitting “publish” button.

When viewing the post, it says the status of the post is now “Published”, instead of pending approval, like before.

When I go to the actualy post URL however, it says “404 page not found”. Saying the post doesn’t even exist.

So I decided to make another post myself, from admin panel. The URL to that new post was accessed just fine. So it must not allow non-admin users posts to be accessed.

This is quite weird. I have never had this problem before now, and it just so happened for the very first time, exactly 20 minutes after installing your firewall. I have not installed any other plugins since accessing a post from another user account just fine before.

Please advise on what could be keeping user-edited posts from existing/showing.

    Thanks,
    Lori

    Hi

    I cannot reproduce this issue.
Which capability editor plugin did you use and which options did you enable from it to allow those users to post?
