Author is RUDE

  • Software looks and works good, but if you need any help whatever be prepared for a very RUDE and money hungry author. If you want his help you have to PAY for it even though you pay for a pro version. Wouldn’t even answer a simple question. Will never deal with this person again.

    @omniscope Could you do me a favor? This is the problem I have with this review.

    prepared for a very RUDE and money hungry author.

    That’s basically a personal attack on the author. That isn’t acceptable. Please change the language without the personal commentary. I suggest you focus on the software but leave those parts out. You can review your experience but try and take “you” out of it.

    And I want to address this.

    There is never such a thing as as “simple question”. It does not exist. You would not ask if it was simple. Please do not disparage people who draw a line for paid support. Your time is valuable and so is the author’s.

    Seems @omniscope us right. Author definitely is RUDE
