author is showing twice

Add a custom CSS plug-in and use:

.author-box {
	visibility: hidden;
}

Do you have 2 autor box plugins? About me 3000. And something else?

The author will not see your topic here in the general area. Can you repost your question in that plugin’s dedicated support sub-forum instead?
