Author link in comments to the author's achive/profile

  • Currently running a child themed twenty eleven website. My site has multiple authors. I looked on the forums for this but could’t find an answer ??

    When authors make a comment on a post, their name links to the author’s website (if one has been entered). How can I change this to link to the authors profile/archive page instead?
