author link is not working

  • Hi, please in single property page when I click on the author link on the top of the single property page I am expecting to be forward to the shortcode [es_single_agent] with author id automtically populated is not the case, the link is forwarding to the author page that does not exist ? Please any idea how to make this link working ? Thanks

    Hi, the Author link and the page is created automatically by WordPress and the author here means Admin who added that post/property. The agent shortcode is not related to the author. We usually advise to hide Author info via your theme settings or css.
