Author Link on Post Meta and Archive Pages

Is it possible that post meta should link to author archive and when in the author archive it should link to website? Since it doesn’t make sense to link to author archive while inside the author archive,

Currently, there is no option to do that. Each author meta that has a link enabled will use the same links.

On the other hand, I have added a feature request for that here. However, we cannot give an estimated date for when this will be added.
