Author name in Yoast post title

I am looking to automatically add the author’s name to the SEO title using Yoast. One would normally use snippet variable %%name%% however this does not work with Ultimate Member.
This there away to pull in the Author’s name as a snippet variable in the SEO tile using Yoast SEO?

This is exactly what was used however
%%name%%is not pulling in the author name as expected. I have provided what is being displayed when using this variant in Yoast SEO.e.g.
Used:
%%title%% %%separator%% by %%name%%
Result:
Have you seen the white Ghost | by %%name%%Thanks
