author name is incorrect

I installed a plug in to revive old post. When the app brought up the old posts, the author’s name is not mine. It looks like an old nickname, mad-blog-lady

I am the administrator of my site and the only author. I cannot locate a place to eliminate the old nickname.

I do not want the nick name to appear as author, but do not know how to eliminate/change it.
