Author Name is visible on Facebook share but not clickable

Hi ,
I am using this plugin on my website https://www.tomatoheart.com . When the post is shared on Facebook, it shows the author name in right way , but the author name doesn’t appear associated with Facebook Profile.

I have already added Facebook profile link correctly in the author profile but it doesn’t show the facebook profile associated with author’s facebook profile.

Though, when any post is published by Admin account. It shows the facebook profile of admin account but it doesn’t work for author profile.
