Author Name Not Displaying Above Posts

  • I have ticked the boxes in Customize to display Author both on Blog and Single Posts but it isn’t displaying on either. The little person and the word ‘By’ is there but not the Nickname I set up in Users > Your Profile. What am I doing wrong please?

    Really strange, what does it say in your user profile settings under “Display name publicly as” pick?
