Author Name & Publish Date

I am using the most current version of IssueM and Theme: Ample by ThemeGrill
Blog
On my blog it lists the author, date, and category. You can click on each one and it shows all the posts by author, date, or category.

Current Issue
On Current Issue it lists the authors, but not the date. You can’t click on the author to see other articles by that author.
https://mountainbulletin.com/How do I make it so it links to all articles written by that author.
Articles
On Articles it shows the same as under Current Issue and it says Articles in the green bar on the top.

If I choose a category such as Cover Stories it says Archives in the green bar on the top. The articles don’t show the author or date in that page or on the article itself.

How do I get it to list the author on the category list page, as well as on the article itself?
How do I get the author’s name to link to all articles written by that author?
How do I get the date listed?
How do I get the date to link to all articles published on that date?
