    Hi there,

    an odd issue, for the last update for version 2.5 the author name was changed from WPExperts to Ben Huson and the URL from https://wpexperts.io/ to https://github.com/benhuson/password-protected/

    the following like was also added
    Line #15: Copyright 2012 Ben Huson (email : [email protected])
    I see this change in the plugin I have automatically updated but not the plugin you guys have on the wordpress site.

    Can someone clarify this change and let me know if I should be concerned about this?

    Hope you are doing good.

    That is an odd issue, and I didn’t hear this issue from any other users.

    You can disable and delete the plugin and install it again; hopefully, this issue will be resolved.

    This author conflict has been resolved with version 2.5.1.
