Author Names and Dates don't appear on certain posts

This Plugin seems to be doing the job just nicely, thank you! But for whatever reason the Author name and dates don’t always appear on certain posts.
Here is an example:
https://warontherocks.com/2016/03/attribution-and-secrecy-in-cyberspace/
On this one the author name appears but not the date.
https://warontherocks.com/2016/03/attribution-and-secrecy-in-cyberspace/
How do I resolve this?
