Author Page displaying all posts from site

Tried to make visitors be able to view posts that are written by each author. Originally when I set up the code, it worked fine. Now, when you click on the breadcrumbs or go to an author’s page, it shows all the recent posts, instead of just the ones written by that specific author.

Specific author page is here: Author Page (In this specific example, there should only be one post that is displayed, as that is all he has written.)

To try and combat the issue, I’ve disabled every plugin one at a time, but this did not correct the issue.

I’ve tried to look through the code, and I’m not nothing is jumping out at me that could be causing this problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
