author page doesn't show the media gallery

    Not really.. but it’s getting too complicated that I’m not sure if it’s possible or not. I provided the code and it clearly shows that it would only show the media if the user has a post under their name which isn’t the case with my designers. unless you have a workaround?

    Well, I asked for the log files – without them, there is not much we can do to debug your installation. If that is too complicated, I would advise you to engage the services of professional PHP/WP developer. Doing what you want is certainly possible.
