Author page not showing all posts

  • Ok, let me be more specific:
    1. WordPress settings are set to show 12 posts per page.
    2. When using OceanWP’s infinite scroll, Author pages are only showing 12 posts (even if the author has hundreds of them) and no scroll is being done when scrolling to bottom.
    3. When set to backward/forward of pagination – it indeed shows the option to move forward or choose any page number to continue scrolling the posts.
    4. I’ve already tried to completely disable the cache to no avail.
    5. I’ve also tried disabling a few plugins I though might clash with the infinite scroll – same results.
    6. The author pages are actually showing CPT of books reviews if it matters.

    I’ve added a link to an author page. This author has more than 650 posts (reviews) on site.

    Is this a bug? Any idea how to overcome this?
