Author page redirect

  • Hi,
    I have two types of users on my website: owners and customers. The owner author page shows just fine, but not the one for users. It redirects to the shop page for some reason…

    My theme providers tell me that SEO plugins are causing this behaviour? I’ve checked in the settings and author archives are enabled, as is the XML author site map.

    I’m not sure to fully understand your issue.

    Can you share the URL of your author archive, and the one for your owner please?

    Plus, what’s the name of your theme?
