author plugin that does all this?

Hi All,

I’m looking for a plugin that allows me to:

1) allows an author to upload their own pic to their profile page

2) uses that pic, possibly in a diff size on all posts the author writes

3) uses that pic, possibly in a diff size on all comments the author writes on the blog

Is there ONE plugin that does this well? I tried a few about a year ago and never had any luck.
