Author posts not showing on archives or dashboard (tried changing themes already

this is really strange, i hope im not the only one facing this problem

on the Users settings in admin dashboard:
When I click on the post count link of the author – it shows “No posts found.” (and i have like 119 posts by that author)

and when I visit the author archive page it sends me to a 404 error page

The strangest part is that when i tried to google for my author’s name , google actually managed to find and even pagination the author archive – take a look

i have tried to change several themes (even the default) it just isnt working out
