  • Can you tell me which part exactly are you referring to?

i’m referring to this part in the Screenshot
If check the index page in search engine i can see the star and the name of the review as same name of the admin user of the site.
For this page there isn’t a review made by someone, why the plugin use the product description for the review and the name of the admin for author review?

Thanks for the detailed answer, I just have one last question.

    1) Can you please login into your Dashboard, then from the top right side of the admin bar, click “Edit my Profile” and then view the “Name” section and share the screenshot of those settings? (I’m talking about this area: https://monosnap.com/file/sLodZJd5RMGFsvDKUhcPYUXAqqnPap )

So once it’s confirmed, I will fix this ASAP.

We show the Nickname option, so you have selected “AstrologoArgenterie” in the display options, that’s why it’s outputting that name.

You should not set the username as the nickname. If you change that then it will be solved for you.

Sorry but i can’t change it, i have only that option to check.
But my question is: why in google result you show that name when that user haven’t made the review? You have only to show the star and the number of the review, right?

Because if we don’t add a review, then google will give a warning in the structured data. It’s required to have a review in the product schema.

So, instead, it will be used, if the post has more than 0 review, then it would automatically get the review data.

    Yes, this i now.
But if you read what i write my question is another…why you show that name when that user haven’t made the review? You have only to show the star and the number of the review!
Sorry but you haven’t resolved nothing.
    How can resolve it?

    Thanks

I understand you doubt, but “Author” name is required for the rating and the rating is required for the product schema.

What should be our solution in your point of view?
