Author role lost access to media library or insert media

  • Staff access an events calendar via an Author role. Recently, they lost the ability to add media to an event. I cannot figure out which setting I need to click to bring the “Add Media, Add form, Add slider” choices back when they are adding a new event. I hope you can point me in the right direction!

    Fixed! I had changed over to the Contributor role, and that role doesn’t have the ability to upload images. By changing back to the Author role, those options now appear.
