    Hi,

    Does this plugin still do the trick? I’m getting the message that was not tested with the latest WP version and frankly doesn’t do anything at author search on my page. That’s why I’m asking.

    Hi,

    So I checked the author search and yes, it is still working.

    It is a bit counter-intiutive, since what it does it filters down the values in the author dropdown. So when you enter a value, you need to open the drop-down to see the filtered values.

    Note: This is with the classic editor installed, not the Gutenberg editor.
